The Goldman Law Firm is comprised of experienced trial attorneys concentrating their practice on the defense of dentists, physicians, health care entities such as hospitals and health clinics accused of professional negligence. Although the focus of the firm is in the health care fields, we provide a broad-based civil litigation and business law practice which allows our lawyers to have a far more comprehensive understanding of the professionals we defend. The traditional strength of our firm is founded upon the approach we take in defending health care professionals, our skills and experience directed to providing each insured and each insurer with the best possible results in every case.

The firm also handles business matters and non-malpractice litigation for health care practitioners; licensee defense in State Board disciplinary actions; employment law matters such as sexual harassment and wrongful termination defense; business disputes ; property and casualty claims, and real property title and escrow litigation. Given the firm's broad-based civil litigation experience, insurers frequently turn to us to defend their insureds in a variety of claims. These range from emotionally charged sexual harassment / sexual assault claims to media charged injury or death claims.
