Kyndra Miller: Our Team

Ms. Miller graduated from Lincoln School of Law in Silicon Valley, California in 2002, passed the California Bar and, thereafter went into private practice and opened an entertainment law firm in Los Angeles, California, where she represented independent producers of television and film and provided legal services to clients in connection with their corporate transaction, civil litigation, and private equity securities matters.
In 2009, Ms. Miller opened CannaBusiness Law, Inc. As the owner/operator of a boutique cannabis law firm, she was responsible for, including without limitation: 1) Advising individual and corporate clients on a broad range of legal matters in the cannabis industry, including corporate formation, finance strategies and commercial cannabis licensing; 2) Analyzing potential legal and regulatory risk mitigation and costs associated with certain business decisions, 3) Pursuing and/or defending cannabis-related litigation; 4) Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (including, without limitation, consulting agreements, commercial leases, sales contracts, joint venture and partnerships agreements); and 5) Managing all day-to-day business operations of the firm, including accounting, finance, human resources, business development and public relations. In addition, she developed strategic initiatives to drive and maintain substantial growth through digital content development on the Firms’ website.
In 2022, Ms. Miller joined Herman Law as a Lead Attorney in Northern California, where she represented victims of childhood sexual abuse and assault. Ms. Miller managed a caseload of approximately one hundred fifteen (115) active litigation files. While working for Herman Law she successfully managed all aspects of case strategy and execution including drafting and filing of motions, briefs and memoranda; conducted discovery/depositions and gathered evidentiary and public record content for favorable case disposition.
